Shipping & returns

Delivery
Our Packages are sent with GLS (European Union) & PostNL (rest of the world) or if you want DHL Express (anywhere). European orders are picked up every day around 12:00, so normally we send your tracking info the day after payment, small World packages are sent within 48 hours of ordering (no pickups during weekends). It can happen that a product isn't available. In that case, we will notify you in time and pay you back in-full or offer a solution to exchange

Shipping
Minyfresh will ship every country in the world, we use PostNL and their international partners as parcel-service for international orders. GLS Parcel service is used for orders within the European Union. We also offer premium shipping via DHL Express & FedEx. We handle different prices for each country for detailed information check out FAQ page >> shipping prices

DHL Express (Large Shipments)
If you want to receive your shipment or multiple shipments via DHL Express we will have to request a manual quote. Please contact us if you have a request.

Where does Mintyfresh deliver?

Returns
Return costs are not covered by us and are sent at own risk, initial shipping costs will also not be refunded either. We have a pick-up service (within Europe) which can be used to pick up your goods, these costs can be extracted from the refund total.
